Terms & Condition1. Tour programme may be altered / varied / extended even in course of tour due to unavoidable circumstances viz. natural calamity, breakdown of bus, local bandh/agitation, road block or any other such happenings. The extra cost will have to bourn by the party.
2. Tour days are inclusive of the starting & terminating date at Howrah/Sealdah Station.
3. Due to unavoidable circumstances, if the tour is cancelled, the entire advance deposit amount will be refunded without any compensation.
4. Due to natural calamity, strike & political disturbance, if the tour is cancelled, passengers have to pay 20% of the tour price as compensation.
5. Management will not undertake liability towards any loss/damage of life/property or any other belongings whatsoever for the tourist cost by any accident/theft/rubbery or any other untowardhappenings during the tour.
6. Family wise room will be provided in all places (3 head in a double bedroom). Except Kedarnath, Badrinath, Gourikund, Srinagar, Lolegaon, Yumthang.
7. Regarding the bus & train journey we are fully dependent on bus & train authority.
8. Increase of Air / Rail/Bus fare if any, will be charged extra.
9. Company reserves right to change or alter the programme of the interest.
10. We are fully dependent upon the Indian Railways and Transport Authority. It will not possible to allot any particular birth (Lower/Middle/Upper).
11.
